These courses are designed to be flexible in both their content and length to accommodate various training and operational schedules and needs. The T.O.M.S. courses are primarily for certified / licensed medical operators that will be or are currently assigned to military, law enforcement, or security teams. The Tactical Operations Casualty Care courses are for operators designated as first responders or for individuals that would like to learn the basics of trauma care in the operational environment.

This is an abbreviated version of our T.O.M.S course for personnel that have limited time to train. It covers the most important skills necessary to deliver advanced care in the operational and training environment.

Tactical Operations Casualty Care

This 2 day life-saving course is for entry / assault personnel, or teams operating in urban environments. This course was designed specifically for operators with little or no medical training and covers traumatic injuries encountered during tactical and combat operations. The course consists of: lecture, skills, training, drills, and reality based scenarios.

Advanced Tactical Operations Casualty Management

The ATOCM course was developed for teams or individuals that want to test their skills in a reality based, kinetic training environment. Following a skills and TTP review, you will engage in scenarios that will challenge your tactical and medical skills no matter what level you are trained at. Training runs 3 - 5 days and include live-fire evolutions.

This is not a basic class. Prior tactical medical training is required.
